So, if you are in the habit of swearing and cursing, you need to find a positive way to divert your irritation. You cannot allow yourself to swear. Not all people swear. Thus, not all people can stomach foul languages and profanities. If you swear or curse, please know that there is something in your past that is giving you some emotional pain and you are using “swearing” to spit it off to someone else. You feel emotional pain and you think it is ok to let another person get a glimpse of your pain too. It is a very immature way. You need to learn to communicate. You need to “use words” to tell the world that you disagree with their thoughts. You cannot force them to change though. But, you can at least put your irritation to words that will not cause provocation but mutual understanding.
My comment box in my articles are filled with “curses” from Borderlines who cannot help themselves from reacting to my articles on Borderline Personality Disorder. However, their curses show my readers how Borderlines’ emotions can lead them to cross the boundaries of decency. Their curses sound “evil”. However, I do not get offended nor take it personally. They are wrong to believe that I am the cause of their emotional pain. Their emotional pain is a result of their BPD diagnosis. Any emotional healthy person can see my stance on Borderline Personality Disorder. It not about bitterness. I am not Borderline nor do I have a spouse who is Borderline, nor did I have an Ex that left me for a Borderline. I am just a writer recounting the lives of traumatized children of Borderline parents.
Borderlines think they can get a “BPD” pass to justify what they do to children. I repeat ” I write articles on Borderline Personality Disorder to give a voice to children who is often taken for granted when spouses cannot handle their Borderline family members. However, Borderlines refuse to accept that fact. They go into an emotional rage while reading my articles. First, my articles stir up emotions. It is not on the side of Borderlines. Thus, it is perceived as painting them as “evil”. Actually, I am painting them as a person that needs healing. I am cautioning the world or those who do not know Borderline Personality Disorder that they are not dealing with a simple case of a mentally ill person. You are dealing with an illness that needs understanding. However, in trying to gain knowledge about this disorder, one must not forget that there is a huge risk involved. And anyone who takes the risk to help a Borderline must be equipped with the right tools else, you risk losing yourself and making your children suffer a trauma.
If you curse, please find ways to de-stress. We, non-violent creatures of this planet, deserve a peaceful, curse-free environment.
